Mukilteo Fire and Police Charity Golf Tournament!

 

 

Mission Statement

 

The Mission of our golf tournament is to support the Mukilteo Fire and Police Foundations.

Proceeds from this event will be used to improve the wellness, safety, and effectiveness of our

First Responders. This will help save lives, protect property, and foster trust between our

emergency services and the community they serve.

Tournament Overview

 

 

All Proceeds will go directly to each department’s non-profit foundation to support their most critical needs.

 

Tournament Price: The price is $800 for a four-player team and $200 for an individual player. This includes unlimited range balls, 18 holes of tournament play for 4 golfers, golf cart, complimentary beverage, entrance to the gala dinner & event, hand-carved prime rib dinner (gluten & vegetarian choices available). All teams are entered in two $500 cash prize drawings. We invite you to enter our tournament and support a great cause! 

 

Tournament Format: This is a Scramble Charity Golf Tournament with 36 Teams & 144 Players. It will be held on August 8, 2025, at 1:30 pm at The Harbour Pointe Golf Club located in Mukilteo, WA. The Mukfest Pirates "Canon Blast" will officially start the Tournament. Attendance: We expect a full field of local and visiting golfers including First Responders, Community Members and Leaders. Our goal is to make this charity Golf Tournament an annual event that brings together golf enthusiasts, community members/leaders and businesses for a day of friendly competition and philanthropy. 

 

Team Registration: Each team will need to designate a "Team Captain" (the Registrant). Team Captains will complete the website registration process for their 4-player team. Team Captains can pay just for themselves, designate which players will be responsible for their payment, or pay for the entire Team. When splitting payments the system will automatically send out a payment notice to the email address used for those players during registration. Note: If the Team Captain selects any add-ons during the registration process, the add-on fees are split across all the team players.

 

Individual Registration: Individuals are encouraged to sign up. We will match up all individual players to create a competitive team, or leave us a note during registration if other players have signed up that you want to team up with. 

 

Team Scores: Team Captains, or their designee, will be responsible for downloading the Live Scoring Mobile App on their Smartphone before tournament day. During the tournament and after each hole each team must record their team score for that hole. "Live" team scores will be displayed during the tournament on big screen monitors at various locations. Tournament Contests: The “First Responder” contest package, which includes five contests, is available for purchase There will also be 3 additional contests each available separately. It is recommended to purchase the First Responder contest package during registration, but will be available tournament day. Rental Clubs: Harbour Pointe Golf Club does have golf clubs to rent. If you are playing in the tournament and need to rent clubs, it's best to call the golf club directly and as early on as possible.

 

Happy Hour (No Host) and the Silent Auction opens at 5:00 pm. A Great time for those not golfing but attending the Gala Dinner and Post-Tournament Event. There will be many Silent Auction items including Vacations, Gift Cards, Spa Packages, Golf Equipment, and much more! Gala Dinner and Post-Tournament Event: After the Golf Tournament a fabulous Gala Dinner & Post-Tournament Event is planned. A Full Course Hand Carved Prime Rib of Beef Dinner will be served. Special Gluten Free and Vegetarian Dishes are also available. Traveling to Mukilteo: There are several Hotels & B&Bs within proximity to the golf course. These include: Staybridge Suites, Silver Cloud Hotel (located on the Mukilteo Waterfront), TownPlace Suites, Hilton Garden Inn (located close to the Boeing Future of Flight), Extended Stay America, Hogland House B&B and Third Street B&B. Check for availability and any tourism packages they may be offering. Make sure you mention you are in town for the golf tournament!
