Check-in and Tournament Timeline

 

 

Arrival: Plan to arrive at the Harbour Pointe Golf Club at least 1 1/2 hours before the 1:00 pm "Canon Blast" start. Drive to the designated Golf Bag Drop Off Area where our Tournament Volunteers will grab your golf bag and take it to your pre-assigned golf cart.

 

Tournament Check-in: After parking your car proceed to the Tournament Check-in tables located in front of the clubhouse. There you'll get checked in and provided with important tournament information. You'll get your cart number, tournament T-shirt. and find out which golf hole you'll be starting on. Your swag bag will be in your assigned golf cart. You'll get a copy of the Scramble Tournament Rules which govern our tournament play.

 

Tournament Sales: During Check-in you can purchase the First Responder Contest Package and the individual Frontline Contests. 

 

Warm-up:  The Driving Range & Putting Green are reserved for the Tournament. Hit as many complimentary Range Balls as you want, but save the good shots for when it counts!

 

4-Hole Putting Contest: Make time for the fun and challenging 4-Hole Putting Contest. It is located near the Event Tent and will be open all day until 6:00 pm. This challenging 4 hole course will test even the best putters but also great fun for beginners!  Enter (green fee required) as often as you like.The Contest is open to everyone, not just tournament players.This is a "Guaranteed Winners/Split Prize" Putting Contest. The Cash prizes will be paid out shortly after the course closes at 6:00 pm. The winners will be announced in the event tent.

 

Tournament Start: At 12:45 pm there will be a welcoming address. When you hear the siren please go to the golf cart staging area. When complete you'll drive your golf cart out to your starting golf hole. The Mukfest Pirates "Canon Blast" at 1:00 pm officially starts the tournament.

 

Gala Dinner & Event Check-in: Once the tournament's over go to check-in table for the Gala Dinner and Event. Check-in is located at "The Pointe" restaurant lobby area, accessed from the main front doors on the west side. You will pick up your Auction Package containing your unique Bid Number, and the Silent Auction/Fund a Need information. After checking in would be a good time to choose a table, bid on some Silent Auction items and enter the 4-Hole Putting Contest.

 

Event Timeline: Happy Hour/Silent Auction/4 Hole Putting Contest: 5:00 - 6:00 pm

                           Dinner/Awards & Prizes/Fund a Need: 6:00 pm - 7:45 pm
